Are you in pain when you stand or sit for too long?
1. Make sure you have the right chair and the right hight from the desk. Also make sure you sit up right on your chair.
2. Join a pilates class and strengthen your core muscles
3. Stretch those tight muscles
4. Try one or a few private pilates sessions to understand your body better and how it works
5. If the pain doesn’t get better consult your doctor as it might not be muscular.
